For over a decade, Chris Fagan has designed sets and directed art for feature films and television. That craft is the foundation beneath every story-world Delineator builds.
Delineator Film Lab was founded by Chris Fagan to explore new forms of immersive digital media and cinematic storytelling. Chris is a filmmaker, art director, producer, and creative technologist whose work explores the future of visual storytelling. He has been a professional member of IATSE Local USA 829 for over a decade and has contributed to numerous feature films and television productions, with credited design work for Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, and Disney. He serves on the union's Innovation & Technology Committee, where he helps examine the evolving role of emerging technologies within the film industry.
Chris also consults with technology companies, testing and evaluating next-generation creative tools while helping shape new production workflows. His recent work focuses on digital preproduction, virtual world-building, and innovative methods for large-scale set design and construction planning. Through Delineator, he develops original story-worlds as living, expandable intellectual property — using film as a gateway into larger universes that extend across interactive experiences, spatial storytelling, and emerging forms of digital media.
